Victoria Case (1897-1973) was an American author of short stories, articles, and books. She was the journalism instructor and publicity director for Albany College in Albany, Or. (1931-1935). She worked as assistant publicity director for the U.S. Resettlement Administration in Portland, Or. from 1935-1937. She began her freelance writing career in 1938.
